Chicago Metabloic Workouts
Chicago Tri-Fitness Metabolic Circuit Training is a fitness program offered three days per week that meets every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6:00am-7:00am. Our workouts start with a dynamic warm-up, which helps warm up the core temperature of your body and helps get you ready to work out. Metabolic Circuit Training also includes flexibility, plyometrics, strength training and cardio development. Equipment used includes ropes, medicine balls, Kettlebells, dumbbells, bars, TRX, resistance bands and the ViPR. All you need to bring is yourself.
Meeting your individual needs
Bootcamp workouts are designed so you can go at a level that you are comfortable with; we just want you to put forth a great effort. Our workouts are never the same, so you never get bored. If something is too difficult for you, our trainers will modify the movement for you. Our trainers will not spend the session screaming and yelling at you. We are there to help you achieve your goal, direct, teach and encourage you. We are professional, educated and experienced.
We are one of only a few indoor Bootcamps in the Chicago, IL area, so weather is never an issue. Our Bootcamps are held at BASH Sports Academy in a 10,000 sq. ft. turf facility. This is also the home of Chicago Tri-Fitness Personal and Sports Performance Training.
