Interval Training
Interval training is a form of cardio training. It is very efficient and effective and can help you loss weight faster. Interval training is simply alternating periods of hard exercise followed by periods of easy exercise or even active rest. An example would be fast walking for 30 seconds followed by a slower walk for 60 seconds. if you are on a treadmill, you would increase the incline and on a stationary bike, increase the resistance. Do this for the allotted amount of time, then go easy. Try to do 5 - 10 intervals
