If getting into the absolute best shape of your life is what you want, then Chicago Bootcamp is your answer. Chicago Tri-Fitness, Chicago’s premier fitness and performance facility, offers a stellar Bootcamp workout program. Tri-Fitness Bootcamp is a program that meets three times a week. If meeting early in the morning is inconvenient, there is also an evening two day a week option. So what is the Chicago Bootcamp fitness program all about?

During these sessions, participant’s are exposed to a range of exercises all aimed to meet you at your fitness level. Members are encouraged to start at with a warm up and then onto moderate intensity levels with guided exercises. The workouts are always varied in order to combat boredom for both you and your body.

The term “Bootcamp” conjures images of Army or military drill sergeants barking commands to motivate the captive crew. This is not the case at Chicago Tri-Fitness. Fitness instructors are not military trained, but rather hold advanced certificates in multiple physical fitness disciplines. Ron Munvez, owner and trainer at Chicago Tri-Fitness, is not only a former NCAA athlete, but an award winning trainer. Bootcamp instructors lead with encouragement in order to help motivate members. Also, Chicago Bootcamp is not just running. Other disciplines are included to deliver the best overall fitness results.

In addition to the obvious cardiovascular training, Bootcamp includes flexibility, plyometrics and the use of various pieces of equipment. Some of the equipment one can expect to use is medicine balls, kettle bells, bars, jump ropes, TRX, bars, resistance bands and the Vipr. Come with a determined attitude and Chicago Tri-Fitness will provide the rest.

Who is Chicago Bootcamp For?

The 2-3 times weekly program is not segregated to just competitive athletes. Anyone interested in improving their fitness level is encouraged to join. It’s not uncommon to find basketball, tennis and running enthusiasts all working together. In fact, members will help strengthen each other by working as a group.
