Ron and Brian are the only Level 2 certified Youth Fitness Specialist thru the IYCA (International Youth Conditioning Association) in the Chicago Area.

LTAD approach focuses on having kids perform age appropriate skills to maximize their athletic potential. It progressively gets more complicated and more specialized as the athlete develops and reaches the next level of development.
