Chicago Youth Fitness Programs
At Chicago Tri-Fitness, we offer programs exclusively design for youth training. Ron Munvez and Brian Lyons are the only Level 2 Certified Youth Fitness Specialists through the IYCA (International Youth Conditioning Association) in the Chicago, IL area.
Entertaining and Engaging
The most important element of our Youth Fitness Program is that the kids have fun while learning the techniques they need to perform better in the sports they play. We encourage improvement, but also take care to focus on improving the fun they have simply playing the sport. The best way to engage kids in their chosen activity is by providing an environment in which they can remain entertained while working at their personal goals.
We offer both Sports Performance Training and General Fitness at Chicago Tri-Fitness. We provide the following youth fitness programs:
- SPARQ training for speed and agility
- Strength training
- Coordination and balance
- Injury prevention
- General fitness
- Weight loss
Our youth fitness classes are categorized based on the size of the group and the area of focus. We offer the following divisions:
- 1-on-1 training
- Small groups (3-8 kids)
- Speed camps and clinics

LTAD approach focuses on having kids perform age appropriate skills to maximize their athletic potential. It progressively gets more complicated and more specialized as the athlete develops and reaches the next level of development.
